26 Wireless Sound Help

Volume Control

26’s volume control buttons (up and down), are located on the right hand stabilizer pod.

  • Press either up or down briefly to control the volume.
  • Press and hold either button for 1.5 seconds to skip tracks forward (up) or backwards (down).

I can’t hear the bass/The sound isn’t as clear as I expected

  • Basic sound issues may not be a result of the volume buttons, but might be an indicator of a poor fitting ear tip.
  • To identify whether this is the problem or not, try sizing up in your earbuds, or trying the other ear tip material (silicon if you are currently using memory foam, or vice versa). The right fit will seal the ear canal, creating an ideal environment for impressive, audiophile-level sound.

Reset Your 26’s

A reset often corrects basic complaints and issues. To perform a factory reset of your 26’s:

  1. Go into your device’s bluetooth settings and tell it to "forget" the earbuds.
  2. Turn the earbuds off - then turn them back on again.
  3. When the LED is flashing red and white, perform the reset by holding down the volume + and volume - buttons simultaneously for 5+ seconds.  You will know that you were successful when the LED flashes again.
  4. Re-pair the earbuds to your device and see if you're experiencing the same issues.

If you're not able to get your earbuds to power on, you can perform the hard reset by following these instructions:

  1. Perform the reset by holding down the volume + and volume - buttons simultaneously for 5+ seconds.  You will know that you were successful if the LED flashes.
  2. If the LED flash occurred, please charge the earbuds for at least two hours before attempting to power them on.
  3. Attempt to power on your earbuds.

** After you've performed the reset, it's important that you attempt to charge the earbuds up again.  Sometimes when something isn't right the earbuds will not properly charge, but a simple hard reset can fix that issue. If this fails to correct the problem, contact our team.

Potential Audio Loss/Distortion Issues

Sound is Spotty

If the sound of your 26 sport earbuds is “spotty,” there are a few potential fixes.

  1. Wait until your device and your 26’s have fully synced. During this process, the sound may fade in and out.
  2. Ensure that your battery is not running out. An empty battery can have an effect on the sound.
  3. Move closer to the source of sound. If you’ve moved too far from your phone or other device, sound quality will suffer.
  4. Try to reconnect your devices.
    1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone
    2. Turn off your 26’s.
    3. Turn both back on and resync.

I Can’t Hear the Bass

Often bass issues are due to a less-than-idea ear tip fit. Try sizing up from your current ear tips to better lock them in place. This could increase your bass and overall sound quality.

If you’re still not experiencing a fix, please try a factory reset.

My Earbuds are Chirping

  • The chirp you hear is designed to alert you to your device’s low battery.

  • If you hear the chirping, your 26’s must be charged to eliminate it.

  • The mobile charge clip is designed to add additional battery life, but cannot charge the built-in battery, so the chirping can continue, even after the clip has been attached if the battery was too low prior to attachment.

  • To prevent chirping in the future, consider attaching the mobile charge clip prior to the battery becoming too low (below 10%).

Microphone Troubleshooting

26’s microphone is located inside the right side control pod. Often, the best fix for microphone is a hard reset of the earbuds.

To reset your 26’s:

If this fails to correct the problem, contact our team.
