There is a certain level of risk associated with any kind of high volume listening. As stated previously, creating a good seal will allow you to enjoy your music without turning the volume to a high level. Always begin listening to your music at a low level and turn it up gradually to an enjoyable and comfortable level. Most smartphone devices offer volume limiting within the settings or options on your device. We recommend that you utilize these settings to assure your volume is limited to a safe level.
